Who We Are
InkBridge Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website inkbridge.my and develops WordPress plugins including InkBridge Optimization, InkBridge AI, InkBridge Generator, and InkBridge Theme. Our contact email is hello@inkbridge.my.
What Data We Collect
Information You Provide
- Contact forms: Name, email address, and message content when you contact us.
- License activation: License key, site URL, and WordPress version when activating a Pro license.
- Account registration: Email address if you create an account on our site.
Information Collected Automatically
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Cookies: WordPress session cookies for logged-in users. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Google API Data (OAuth Integration)
Our InkBridge Optimization plugin connects to Google APIs to provide Search Console and Analytics integration. When you authorise the connection:
- We request read-only access to your Google Search Console data (
webmasters.readonlyscope). - We request read-only access to your Google Analytics data (
analytics.readonlyscope). - OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token) are stored locally in your WordPress database on your own server.
- We do not store, transmit, or have access to your Google data on our servers. All API calls are made directly from your WordPress installation to Google’s APIs.
- Our OAuth proxy server at inkbridge.my facilitates the initial token exchange only. It does not retain tokens or Google data after the exchange is complete.
InkBridge Optimization’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Your Data
- Contact form submissions: To respond to your enquiries.
- License data: To validate Pro license activations and prevent misuse.
- Server logs: To maintain security, diagnose issues, and understand usage patterns.
- Google API data: Processed entirely within your WordPress installation to display Search Console and Analytics reports, AEO correlation scores, and content recommendations. This data never leaves your server.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage and Security
- Contact form submissions are stored in our WordPress database, hosted on servers in Malaysia.
- License activation records are stored on our license server at inkbridge.my.
- Google OAuth tokens and API data are stored exclusively in your own WordPress database. We have no access to this data.
- We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.
Data Retention
- Contact form data: Retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- License records: Retained for the duration of your license and 12 months after expiry.
- Server logs: Retained for 90 days.
- Google OAuth tokens: Stored on your server until you disconnect. You can revoke access at any time from the plugin settings or from Google Account Permissions.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services:
- Google Search Console API — to display search performance data within your WordPress dashboard. Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics Data API — to display traffic and engagement data within your WordPress dashboard. Google Privacy Policy.
- Fluent SMTP — for transactional email delivery.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data we hold.
- Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Delete your personal data (right to erasure).
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
- Revoke Google API access at any time via plugin settings or your Google Account.
- Export your personal data in a portable format.
